All products sold at 7cocogallery.com and at our gallery in Sicily are verified by us as the genuine article.
7Coco Gallery is confident you will be satisfied with your purchase however if not, please return the piece within 14 days of receipt and in the original condition.
Returns can be made within 14 days of your initial order. If you wish to make a return you must inform us in writing by email or letter within 14 days of making your order. When making a return you must send the item using recorded delivery and with appropriate insurance as we will not be held responsible for items missing or damaged.
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the artwork(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

You will be given the option of an exchange or we will refund your payment minus postage. We aim to reimburse you within 14 working days. Items made to order are not subject to returns. For example, any artwork printed to order will be non-returnable. Due to monitor settings colours may vary slightly from the colours you see on screen. However if large variations occur we will advise before shipment.
If you wish to exchange your print an additional postage cost must be paid before we can resend. We dont cover postage on exchanges.
Please note these terms and conditions refer to the Online Shop only.
7Coco Gallery cannot accept responsibility for loss or damage to returned goods whilst in transit. If you do choose to return any item by post, we recommend using a reputable, tracked parcel delivery or courier service.
Refunds Policy
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your artwork(s), you are entitled cancel your purchase and receive either a refund or exchange the items for store credit (of equal value).
To qualify for an exchange or refund, the artwork(s) must be returned to us in mint condition, within the original packaging and accompanied by an original proof of purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Shipped artworks can be returned to us via post and will refunded minus the shipping cost plus a small PayPal fee.
All orders found to be faulty or not as described will be refunded in full.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
